All treatment are prepaid services to be purchased on-line. Your payment will generate an email, you can request the date and time that you would like to book your appointment in the instructions section while you make the purchase.
If your requested date or time are not available the therapist will provide you with alternate dates and time which you can choose from.
Please make sure to call from a device that can receive text messages when requesting an appointment. Most communication will be done via email or text messages so as to maintain a record of conversation, this will ensure proper and prompt service.
The business hours are subject to change and these changes will be reflected on the clinic website and the clinic voicemail!
Scheduling an Appointment:
Appointment requests will receive responses and confirmation only when service has been purchased through the clinic website.
Advance Bookings: The clinic does not book appointments more than 7 days in advance.
Clients can cancel or postpone appointments 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, without penalties.
There is a cancellation policy in effect which is 50% of the regular fee, if a cancellation occurs after the 24 hour period. The cancellation will be charged against the prepaid amount and a reduced treatment commensurate with the adjusted amount will be provided to the client.
Clients who do not call to cancel and do not show up for appointments on the scheduled date and time will be charged the full amount of their treatment. Please note, if a client does not come within 20 minutes of a scheduled appointment that client is considered a no show. Please call if you are running late, so that you still receive the residual treatment time left.
Treatments can be transferred by clients to other members of their family or friends. Please note the receipt will clearly reflect the name of the recipient as well as the purchaser. eg: 60 minutes massage treatment received by ABC, paid by XYZ in the amount of $$$
Insurance receipts are generated upon request for on-line treatment purchases made on the clinic website, post treatment.
Third party vouchers/promotions such as groupon will not be provided an insurance receipt since the payment receipt is generated by groupon, while the service is provided by the clinic.

Groupon voucher holders - Please provide your voucher bar code number for verification along with your booking request via email or text messages. Confirmation will be provided once the groupon has been verified.
